Amanda Colon serves as Assistant Professor in the Veterinary Technology Program within Mercy University's School of Health and Natural Sciences, holding a full-time position since October 2017 after transitioning from adjunct roles at Mercy University, Iona College, and Lehman College. She maintains active clinical practice as a part-time small animal veterinarian at Thornwood Animal Hospital while completing certification in small animal acupuncture.
