Dr. Ama Samarasinghe is a Lecturer in Finance and Financial Planning at RMIT University's School of Accounting, Information Systems, and Supply Chain. She joined RMIT in 2021 after completing her PhD in Finance at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Her research focuses on banking stability, corporate finance, sustainable finance, and real estate finance. She has provided expert commentary on personal finance for media outlets.
