Alyx Raz holds dual professional roles as an Assistant Curator at the Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center, Vassar College, and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Hunter College, City University of New York (CUNY).

Raz's research pioneers contemporary lyric practices through interdisciplinary analysis of poetry's evolution across moving image and multimedia platforms. Their work investigates how traditional lyrical forms transform in digital contexts, bridging literary theory, visual arts, and media studies to examine narrative structures in experimental film, video art, and digital poetry. This scholarship critically engages with 21st-century artistic expression and technological mediation of poetic forms.
