Althea Pennerman

Althea Pennerman serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Early and Elementary Education at Salisbury University, where she has been a faculty member since 2005. She teaches both undergraduate and graduate level courses and has held various administrative roles including field liaison and supervisor, program director, interim chair, and associate dean.

Professor Pennerman's research focuses on early childhood and elementary education practices, with particular emphasis on out-of-school educational programming and teacher professional development.
