Alok Ranjan Verma

Prior to joining IIT Kanpur as faculty, he served as a Research Associate at the High Voltage Laboratory, Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore from October 2018 to June 2019.

His laboratory work focuses on high voltage testing, dielectric characterization, and aging studies of insulating materials under controlled environmental conditions. His research group likely investigates material degradation mechanisms and develops improved insulation solutions for power transmission infrastructure.
