Almar Postma

Dr. Almar Postma is a Team Leader and Senior Research Scientist in the Polymer Chemistry department at CSIRO, specializing in advanced polymerization techniques and applications. His research focuses on RAFT polymerization, waste plastic depolymerization, and polymer-based drug delivery systems. He holds a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from the University of New South Wales and a BSc (Hons.) from the University of Surrey. Postma has led projects on nanobiomedicine, electroactive materials, and high-throughput polymer synthesis automation.
