Allison Salib serves as Assistant Director for Clinical Examination and Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine & Hospice and Palliative Care at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) Bradenton campus, where she joined the faculty full-time in February 2022. Board certified in both Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Care, she holds prestigious fellowships from the American College of Osteopathic Internists and American College of Physicians.
Her educational journey includes:
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine (2016)
- Internal Medicine Residency at Largo Medical Center (2019)
- Hospice and Palliative Care Fellowship at University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine (2020)
Dr. Salib's clinical expertise spans Palliative Care, Hospice Care, and Internal Medicine, with specialized certification in Medical Acupuncture. Her work integrates osteopathic principles with palliative medicine through clinical practice at Desired Medical Solutions, where she co-founded the practice in 2021 and became the first Palliative Care Physician at Florida Cancer Specialists. She actively teaches across LECOM's Problem Based Learning, Clinical Examination, and Osteopathic Principles curricula while precepting medical students in her private practice.

Dr. Salib maintains active clinical engagement through rotations at Tampa General Hospital, Moffitt Cancer Center, James A. She currently focuses on expanding palliative care access in community oncology settings while advancing medical education in osteopathic manipulative treatment integration.
