Alison Williams is a Lecturer at the Department of Education, University College Birmingham. She holds a PhD in Intercultural Communication from the University of Warwick and has extensive experience in early childhood education and special educational needs. Her research focuses on transformative learning, cultural competence, and addressing social justice through education.
