Alison Twiner

Alison Twiner is a Researcher and Research Associate at Hughes Hall, University of Cambridge, affiliated with the DEFI CamTREE team. She is a member of the Faculty of Education’s Cambridge Educational Dialogue Research Group (CEDiR) and associated TechCEDiR. Her roles involve advancing educational technology and pedagogical practices.

Her research focuses on leveraging digital technologies to enhance teaching and learning interactions, particularly in secondary education. She has contributed to projects like Virtual Internships and Gaming2Development, which bridge workplace experiences with educational curricula.

Alison joined Hughes Hall in 2021 and collaborates extensively on initiatives that support educators in adopting innovative communication strategies and improving pedagogical practices through technology integration.
