Dr. Alison Stowell is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Organisation Work and Technology at Lancaster University Management School (LUMS). She holds roles such as Director of Engagement for OWT and Co-Principal Investigator for the UKRI NERC-funded 'Plastic Packaging in People’s Lives' project. Her research focuses on societal and organizational responses to complex wastes like e-waste and plastics, emphasizing inclusive solutions and circular economy principles. She has a PhD in Organisation, Work and Technology from Lancaster University, following roles in public and private sectors including IBM and Anglia Ruskin University.
