Alison Kitson

Alison Kitson is the inaugural Vice President and Executive Dean of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Flinders University, Australia. Previously, she held leadership roles at the University of Adelaide and the Royal College of Nursing in the UK. She is a globally recognized scholar in nursing and health services research, with over 300 peer-reviewed publications and significant contributions to knowledge translation and implementation science. Her work focuses on improving healthcare delivery through the Fundamentals of Care framework and advancing evidence-based clinical practices.
