Alise Balcere

Dr. Alise Balcere is a Lecturer at the Department of Dermatology and Venereology at Rīga Stradiņš University and a certified dermatologist/venereologist at Saldus Medicīnas centrs. Her expertise centers on clinical dermatology with specialized focus on actinic keratosis and squamous cell carcinoma.

Research interests include dermatoscopic diagnosis, skin cancer biomarkers, and therapeutic interventions for precancerous lesions.
