Dr. Alise Balcere is a Lecturer at the Department of Dermatology and Venereology at Rīga Stradiņš University and a certified dermatologist/venereologist at Saldus Medicīnas centrs. Her expertise centers on clinical dermatology with specialized focus on actinic keratosis and squamous cell carcinoma.
