Assoc. Prof. Alisa Miniotaitė holds a dual role as Associate Professor and Head of Leadership Program at ISM University of Management and Economics. She is also the Founder of ALISA MANAGEMENT LABORATORY, a certified ICC coaching trainer for the Baltic states, and a member of Academy of Management and International Leadership Association. Her work spans academic leadership, corporate consulting, and media engagement, including hosting the radio show Leader's Dilemma on Žinių radijas and providing regular commentaries for Baltic news portals.
