Alicia Thomas is Assistant Professor of Practice and Undergraduate Student Advisor in Texas Tech University's Department of Plant and Soil Science. Her research develops horticultural therapy interventions for military veterans and explores sustainable urban agriculture models. Current PhD research focuses on designing therapeutic gardens for veteran mental health support in Lubbock, TX.
