Alice Koubová is a Research Fellow at the Department of Contemporary Continental Philosophy, Institute of Philosophy of the Czech Academy of Sciences, and Vice Dean for Science and Research at the Faculty of Theatre of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (2021–2024). She leads the Resilience Systems project within the Systemic Risk Institute and co-investigates the HORIZON INSPIRE project.
- Research Interests: Resilience, Political Psychology, Relational Ethics, Performativity, Phenomenology of Corporeality, Artistic Research, and Democratic Subjectivity.
- Teaching: Long-term teaching at art schools in the Czech Republic and abroad.

- Award for Popularization of Philosophy (x2) from the Philosophical Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences

Public Engagement: Author of nine monographs and dozens of academic articles, with extensive contributions to cultural media (Deník N, Tvar, Host, Salón Práva, Heroine, Alarm). She creates theater performances and collaborates with art institutions globally.
