Alice Jones is Professor of Psychology and Director of the Unit for School and Family Studies at Goldsmiths, University of London. She researches socio-emotional development and school behavior with focus on inclusive education approaches.
Her work investigates bullying dynamics, special educational needs, and intervention strategies for children with emotional/behavioral difficulties. Current projects examine sibling bullying and social care systems' impact on child development.
Jones collaborates with schools to develop evidence-based behavior management systems and serves on advisory boards bringing neuroscience research to educational practice. She edits the British Journal of Educational Psychology and has evaluated youth mental health programs.
