Dr. Alice Hall is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the School of Biological and Marine Sciences, University of Plymouth. Her work focuses on marine monitoring techniques, including scientific dive surveys, BRUV, and ROV, contributing to ecosystem-based fisheries management and biodiversity enhancement.
She is actively involved in projects like FISP's Angling for Sustainability and Interreg FISH INTEL, which aim to improve marine conservation practices. Alice collaborates with the Emma Sheehan fish telemetry team and holds a PIL fish tagging license.
Her research interests span artificial structures in marine environments, coral conservation, and ecological enhancement of concrete in temperate marine ecosystems. She supervises postgraduate research students, including Zach Boakes (2024) and Jessica Bone.
