Alfredo Garcia

Alfredo Garcia is a Distinguished Visiting Professor of Law at Stetson University College of Law. He holds a JD and MA from the University of Florida and a BA from Jacksonville University, with over 17 years of law faculty experience and two decades in higher education.

His research focuses on criminal law, constitutional law, and race-related issues in criminal justice. He has authored three books and contributed to law reviews like Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy.
