Alfonso De Simone

Alfonso De Simone is a Visiting Professor in the Department of Life Sciences at Imperial College London, affiliated with the Faculty of Natural Sciences. His research focuses on the physical principles of bio-macromolecules using integrated approaches of NMR experiments and molecular simulations. Key interests include protein dynamics, membrane proteins, and the molecular mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases linked to protein misfolding, such as prion diseases and Parkinson's.
