Alfons Hollederer

Prof. Dr. Alfons Hollederer serves as Professor of Theory and Empiricism of Health Care at the University of Kassel, affiliated with the Institute of Social Work (Department 01). His office is located at Arnold-Bode-Straße 10, Room 3105, Kassel, with consultation hours held Thursdays 2-4 pm by appointment. He maintains active roles in German and European public health institutions while contributing to university governance through multiple committees.

His research critically examines healthcare systems through theoretical and empirical lenses, focusing on social determinants of health, public health policy implementation, and the integration of social work within medical frameworks.
