Aleš Smrdel

Aleš Smrdel is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science, University of Ljubljana. He is affiliated with the Laboratory for Biomedical Computer Systems and Imaging.

Research Interests:

• Designing and implementing user interfaces
• Usability testing and human-computer interaction
• Biomedical signal analysis, particularly ECG and ischemia detection

Selected Publications: Focus on algorithm development for cardiovascular diagnostics, including ST segment analysis and open-source tools for ECG evaluation.

Laboratory: Active member of the Laboratory for Biomedical Computer Systems and Imaging.
