Alexis Komselis

Alexis Komselis is a Teaching Professor and Director of AHEAD (Alba Hub for Entrepreneurship and Development) at The American College of Greece (ACG). He holds a BSc in Business Administration from Deree - The American College of Greece, an MSc in Entrepreneurship from the University of Aberdeen, and a PgDip in Research Methods from Aberdeen Business School.

His expertise focuses on entrepreneurship, family business sustainability, governance, and instructional design. He leads initiatives such as VentureGarden (entrepreneurship support), Craft your Business (refugee/migrant entrepreneurship), and NextGen Mentoring (family business leadership transition). He co-designs the MSc in Entrepreneurship at Alba and contributes to executive education programs.

He actively participates in the global entrepreneurship ecosystem, including the STEP project on transgenerational entrepreneurship. He advises SMEs and family businesses, and serves on boards for Women on Top, Bizrupt, and Athens College Alumni Association.
