Dr. Alexandra Lukes is an Assistant Professor of French and Translation Studies at Trinity College Dublin. She holds a BA from Oxford University, a maîtrise from the University of Paris III, and a PhD from New York University. Her research focuses on sound, sense, nonsense, experimental translation, and marginal forms of writing, with interests in the intersections of literature and psychoanalysis, sound studies, and visual arts.
