Alexandra Hotz

Alexandra Hotz is a Lecturer in the Conservatory of Music at Chapman University’s College of Performing Arts. An award-winning soprano, she excels in opera, concert, and recital performances, praised for her musicianship and shimmering tone.

Her research interests align with her performance expertise, including contemporary American music, vocal arts, and classical repertoire innovation. She actively collaborates with composers like Kate Soper and Stephen Hartke, integrating extended vocal techniques and interdisciplinary approaches.
