- Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in German Studies, American Studies, and German Literature from the University of Tübingen (2024).
Her research focuses on transnational modernisms, Black German literature, and the reception of African American modernist poetry in German-speaking periodicals of the long 1920s. She examines how translations and articles in these periodicals preceded and enabled later anthologization, emphasizing transatlantic networks involving Jewish, leftist actors and African American intellectuals.
The two recent publications she co-authored with Tim Brown analyze discourses on racism and Enlightenment knowledge practices. These works align with her broader interest in interdisciplinary cultural analysis and historical epistemology.
