Alexandra Calloway

Alexandra Calloway is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of English at the University of Maryland, College of Arts and Humanities. She specializes in technical communication, multimedia design, and usability testing, with extensive experience in developing documentation and training materials for both commercial and government sectors.

• Commercial work spans optical disc technology, program management software, telecommunications, and transportation systems
• Government clients include the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, and FAA
• Currently developing content for the online grammar package Core Grammar for STEM

A visual artist with exhibitions at Kefa Café (Silver Spring, MD) and Local Colour (Alexandria, VA), she also volunteers as Scoutmaster for Troop 403G and contributes to disaster response materials and art education grants.
