Alexandra Beauregard

Alexandra Beauregard is Professor of Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck Business School, University of London. She holds multiple leadership positions including Programme Director for Professional Doctorates in Occupational Psychology and Evidence-Based HRM, and serves on the steering committee of Birkbeck Gender and Sexuality Research Institute. Her academic credentials include a PhD in Industrial Relations from LSE, MSc in Industrial Relations, and BA in Psychology from University of Waterloo.

Her research examines work-life boundaries, flexible working arrangements, and diversity management with particular emphasis on gender identity and equality. Beauregard's work explores how organizational policies and cultural contexts shape workforce experiences across different demographics and economic conditions.
