Alexandra Balfour is a Senior Lecturer in Dance at Buckinghamshire New University, where she has been teaching since 2014. She is part of the teaching team for the BA (Hons) Dance and BA (Hons) Dance (Top-up) full-time programs, contributing her expertise in dance science and performance training.
Her research interests lie at the intersection of dance and health sciences, particularly focusing on:
