Alexander Ludwig is Professor for Public Finance and Debt Management at Goethe University Frankfurt since 2014 and a part-time visiting professor at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) since 2020. He serves as spokesperson for the DFG research unit on Macroeconomic Implications of Intra-Household Decision Making, principal investigator for the EU Horizon 2022 project SUSTAINWELL, and director of ICIR. He is affiliated with institutions including SAFE, CMR, MEA, Netspar, and ZEW.
