Dr. Alex Povitsky is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Akron's College of Engineering and Polymer Science. Joining in 2003, he brings expertise from his prior senior research scientist role at NASA Langley Research Center (now National Institute of Aerospace).
