Dr. Alex Kevill is a Lecturer in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship at the Centre for Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Studies within Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds. He joined in 2017 after serving as a senior lecturer at the University of Huddersfield and holds a PhD in Management Learning and Leadership from Lancaster University. His educational background includes a PGCHE (Huddersfield), MA in Human Resource Development (Lancaster), PGCE (Central Lancashire), and BSc in Business Studies (Lancaster).
Research interests focus on family entrepreneurship, age-related entrepreneurial behavior, knowledge transfer from learning interventions, and micro-foundations of dynamic capabilities in micro-enterprises.
