Alessandra Genualdo

Alessandra Genualdo is a Lecturer in Illustration at Chelsea College of Arts, part of the University of the Arts London. She has taught there for five years while maintaining a successful freelance career in illustration. Holding an MA in Illustration from Camberwell College of Arts, she transitioned from graphic design to focus on drawing and painting. Her practice spans editorial, fashion, and book illustration, alongside private commissions and gallery exhibitions.

Recent projects include illustrating a book and preparing works for group shows. She emphasizes experimental creativity in art education, inspired by exhibitions like Jokum Nordstrom's collages at David Zwirner.
