Alessandra Cioppi is a Senior Researcher at the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR), affiliated with the Institute for Mediterranean Studies (ISMed) in Milan. She holds a degree in Classics and Medieval History from the University of Cagliari (1983) and specializes in Archival Science, Paleography, and Diplomatics. Her research focuses on the Crown of Aragon's Mediterranean expansion, Sardinian history, migration dynamics, and intercultural exchanges.
