Dr. Aled Roberts is a Lecturer in Applied Medical Sciences, Biochemistry, and Genetics at Swansea University, affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Life Science and the Biomedical Sciences department. His research focuses on microbiology, biofilms, and antimicrobial resistance, particularly exploring manuka honey’s therapeutic potential against pathogens like Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
