Alea Ruf

Dr. Alea Ruf is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology, University of Vienna, Austria. She specializes in Health Psychology with expertise in Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA), focusing on stress-related eating behavior, physical activity, and their intersections with insulin resistance and digital health.
