Dr. Alanna L. Lecher is an Associate Professor of Scientific Literacy and Environmental Science at Lynn University, Florida. She holds roles including University Research Coordinator and Chair of the Research and Scholarship Committee. With a B.S. in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of South Florida and a Ph.D. in Earth and Planetary Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz, her expertise spans Hydrology, Oceanography, Biogeochemistry, and Archaeology. Her research focuses on coastal processes, submarine groundwater discharge, and sustainable archaeology.
