Alan Razak is a Lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania's Weitzman School of Design with over 45 years of commercial real estate experience. As co-founder of AR Spruce LLC, he specializes in real estate development, finance, urban design, and advisory services across residential, commercial, and technical facilities.
