Alan M. Christman

Alan M. Christman is a Professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Gateway Community and Technical College. His academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ohio University, M.S. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University, and B.S. in Mineral Preparation Engineering and M.S. in Mining Engineering from Penn State University.

His research focuses on antennas for medium-frequency and high-frequency bands, with expertise in radial configurations for elevated arrays and software applications for low-band DXing. He teaches core courses in electromagnetics, electronics, radio-frequency engineering, and electrical machines.
