Alan Floyd

Professor Alan Floyd is a Professor of Education at the University of Reading's Institute of Education. His research focuses on educational leadership and doctoral education, with expertise in leadership development, career trajectories, and insider research ethics. He has supervised numerous doctoral students across disciplines such as education policy, leadership in MATs, and teacher professional development.
