Alan Feldman

Alan Feldman serves as Lecturer of Real Estate at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Senior Fellow position at the Zell Lurie Real Estate Center. With a decade of continuous teaching experience, he instructs Real Estate Development courses (ARCH7680/REAL3210/REAL8210) covering ground-up development, rehabilitation, and acquisition across multifamily, office, retail, and mixed-use properties.
