Alan E. Garfield is a Professor at Widener University Delaware Law School. He holds a B.A. from Brandeis University and a J.D. from UCLA School of Law, with prior litigation experience at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. His work focuses on Constitutional Law, Copyright, and Contracts, with scholarship in journals like Columbia Law Review Sidebar and Wake Forest Law Review Online.
