Alan Collins

Alan Collins is a Professor of Resource Economics and Management at West Virginia University. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in environmental and natural resource economics, with a focus on policy issues related to watersheds, water quality, energy, land, and waste management. Over his career, he has supervised 19 Ph.D. and 16 master's students, demonstrating his commitment to academic mentorship.
