Trained as a medical doctor (MD), he pursued a PhD in systems biology of complex diseases, where he developed a passion for mass spectrometry and its applications. With over a decade of experience in metabolomics and lipidomics technology development, he has successfully implemented these techniques in clinical, academic, and industrial research, covering project design, sample preparation, automation, LC/MS, and data analysis.
