Alaa Awadalla

Alaa Awadalla, MD, FRCOG, FRCSC is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at the Max Rady College of Medicine, University of Manitoba. He specializes in minimal invasive surgery and obstetrics, with over 19 years of practice. He has held leadership roles including Chair of the MIS Committee (2012–2020), Chair of the Victoria Hospital Standards Committee (past 6 years), and Chair of the Winnipeg Health Authority Medical Staff (2018–2020). His career spans academic teaching, clinical service, and guideline development with SOGC.
