Ajay Manthripragada is an Assistant Professor of Architecture at the University of California, Berkeley, joining the faculty in Fall 2024. He previously taught at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design and Rice University School of Architecture as a Wortham Fellow.

Scientific recognition includes a 2018 nomination for the Mies Crown Hall Americas Prize and winning the Lily Auchincloss Rome Prize in Architecture, which funded his fellowship at the American Academy in Rome.
