Dr. Aimée A. Kane is the William and Helen Lyons Faculty Fellow in Management and an Associate Professor at Duquesne University's Palumbo-Donahue School of Business. Her research focuses on group processes, boundary spanning, and knowledge transfer, emphasizing collaboration across social, organizational, and technological boundaries. She employs methodologies like experimental design, automated text analysis, and social network analysis.
Education: Ph.D. and M.S. in Organizational Behavior and Theory from Carnegie Mellon University, B.A. in Spanish from Duke University. She previously taught at NYU Stern School of Business and worked at Goldman Sachs.
