Ahmed Elmatarawi

Ahmed Elmatarawi is a Professor of Animation at the Savannah College of Art and Design. His areas of expertise include 3D character animation, animation principles, and 3D rigging.

He has received awards including the CG Student Awards Student of the Year (2014) and the Chair’s Select Award Achievement in Animation (2014). He has industry experience as a Lead Visualization Designer and Character TD/Animator at The Mill, where he worked on projects for Game of War, The Huntsman: Winter’s War, Nintendo, Kia, and Old Spice.
