Ahmad Rais

Rais Ahmad is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering and Construction Management at the College of Engineering and Computer Science, California State University, Northridge. He holds a Ph.D. (2005) and M.S. (1999) in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona and Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, respectively.
