Dr. Aharon Inspektor serves as Adjunct Professor in Carnegie Mellon University's Department of Materials Science and Engineering. His expertise lies at the intersection of plasma physics and materials engineering, with focus areas spanning:

• Modeling and analysis of plasma-assisted deposition processes
• Design and fabrication of advanced hard/superhard coatings
• Industrial applications in manufacturing, aerospace, and automotive sectors

Prior to academia, he held senior scientist roles at Kennametal where he developed surface technologies recognized through multiple industry innovation awards.
