Dr. Ague Mae Manongsong is an Assistant Professor in the School of Leadership & Human Resource Development at Louisiana State University. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy from Drexel University (2021), an M.A. in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University (2017), an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University, Sacramento (2015), and a B.A. in Psychology from the same institution (2011).
Her research investigates mentoring in professional contexts, focusing on:

- Developmental networks and diversity
- Leadership identity in minoritized groups
